I was born in Buenos Aires. I have lived for 10 years in Barcelona, ​​2 years in Arlon, and since 1998 I am living in Brussels. I am the result of the fusion of these fascinating cultures. I am the mother of two young adults who have already left the nest.

 

I am a biologist and passionate about nature and communication. I discovered the  coaching while was working at R&D in medical sciences in the corporate sector. I had the opportunity to coach some of my colleagues in the company.

Thereafter, I completed different coaching trainings at the BAO Elan Vital Institute located in Brussels, , where I certified as a life coach (individual coaching) and Trainer Coach/Expert (team coach)

 

Currently, I am completing a training program in MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) at the ULB (Free University of Brussels). At the same time, I continue my work as an independent coach, actively integrating mindfulness through nature-based practices at the heart of my approach.
