What is coaching   ?

Coaching is a method of support for change defined as an ongoing relationship over a specified period, allowing individuals or groups to achieve concrete and measurable results in their personal and/or professional lives.

Coaching involves asking the right questions and applying suitable techniques that will enable individuals or groups to achieve these results, gain autonomy, and ultimately discover a space of possibilities to clarify and implement their objectives.

How will the coaching sessions work in practice?

In therapy as in coaching, the desire for change is at the heart of the approach, but the methods and areas of application differ.

Psycological therapy, which addresses the deeper levels of personality or deals with various pathologies, looks into the past, into the patient's life history, to find the origin and the "Why" of their discomfort. This process helps to understand the present in relation to the past in order to project oneself into the future.

Coaching, on the other hand, allows for an exploration to clarify issues without replacing psychological therapy or addressing pathological situations. The approach focuses on the "How" and draws on the client's resources to help them transition from their current state to the desired new situation.

For individual coaching, each session lasts 50 minutes. I suggest starting with a weekly frequency, which we can adjust later based on your availability. On average, the number of sessions varies between 5 and 6, but we can decrease or extend this number if necessary, depending on your own journey and needs.

For team coaching, the duration of the sessions may vary depending on the topic. They can last half a day, a full day, or several days. The exact duration will be defined on a case-by-case basis after assessing the situation.
