Why my project is called Cambium?

The cambium (from the Latin cambiare, to change),is an internal layer found in the stems, trunks, and roots of certain plants and trees, which ensures their growth in thickness. This cambium forms growth rings, visible as concentric circles in the cross-section of the trunk.

The particularity of the cambium is its plasticity which allows the tree throughout its life to adapt to most variations in its immediate environment.
Does this mean something to you?
Our lives, like those of trees, are constantly changing. Sometimes, if changes are sudden and unexpected, we may have difficulty processing them. The time required to complete a change and the adaptation required to the new situation can be complicated at first glance.
It can also happen that we want to change but without knowing exactly what.
Coaching is one of the approaches that can facilitate your adaptation and help you to find new horizons to explore.
Weighing the pros and cons of changes is also part of the reflection because the dimensions of the change must take into account the repercussions on you and those around you.
So, change or not to change? Yes, change! But caring changes!
As Francis Thompson said: "...One could not pluck a flower without troubling a star..."
